The Wall” at Cafe 458 is a collaborative work commissioned by the City of Atlanta and the Fulton County Arts Council. Cafe 458 is a cafe for homeless people with a drug and alcohol recovery program. The bricks were carved by men in the recovery program, volunteers at the cafe, members of the community and the artists. “The Wall” is a permanent instillation in the room where the Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotic Anonymous meetings are held.
